As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

DEPARTMENT

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation.

PARKS FACILITIES

Buildings or structures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation that are suitable for residential use.
