§ 948-23. Fee imposed; amount.

The Director of Weights and Measures in the Division of Citizen Affairs is hereby directed to impose the one-time motor fuel application fee of $25 and the annual motor fuel registration fee of $25 as authorized by Chapter 599, Motor Fuel Facilities, of the Suffolk County Code in lieu of imposing the fuel pump inspection fee as authorized by the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law.
