§ 1047-3. Creation at fire department facilities.

The County Police Commissioner is hereby authorized, pursuant to § C13-1 of the Suffolk County Charter, to create a police substation at any fire department facility within the County of Suffolk which is willing to accept such a substation at its facility and which meets the needs of the Suffolk County Police Department.
