§ 792-34. Rules and regulations.

A.
The Department of Health Services and the Department of Labor, Licensing and Consumer Affairs are hereby authorized and empowered to develop such rules and regulations as they may deem necessary for the implementation and enforcement of this article.

B.
All proposed rules and regulations associated with the implementation and enforcement of this article shall be subject to approval by the County Legislature via a duly authorized resolution prior to becoming effective.
