§ 792-17. Penalties for offenses; hearings.

A.
Violation of any portion of this article shall be subject to a civil penalty of $500 for an initial violation. Each subsequent offense shall be punishable by a civil penalty of $1,000 per violation.

B.
A civil penalty shall only be assessed by the Commissioner of the Department of Health Services following a hearing and opportunity of an alleged violator to be heard.
