§ 563-42. Inspection of records.

Latest version.

All records required to be kept pursuant to this article shall, at all reasonable times, during regular business hours, be open for inspection by the Director of Consumer Affairs, the Police Commissioner, a Chief of Police or any officer or employee duly authorized by them.
